Quick answers.

What format does the file need to be in?

CSV with headers, JSONL (one conversation per line), JSON array, or plain TXT. The engine auto-detects the format and the conversational structure within. If your data has unusual columns, we run an environmental-assessment pass first to figure out how to read it.

How many conversations should I upload?

Anywhere from 100 to 10,000 works. Below ~100, the environmental synthesis has too small a sample. Above 10,000, you exceed the Free tier cap — connect a live deployment on a paid plan for ongoing monitoring of the full volume.

Does my data leave my tenant?

Your file lives in your audit-only workspace. It is not shared with any other customer. The Pattern Library (year 2) only aggregates with your explicit DPA opt-in, with k-anonymity guarantees. The Free Audit does not opt in.

Can I run multiple audits?

One Free Audit per email per 30 days. After 30 days, you can run another. For continuous monitoring or multiple AI deployments, see Pricing.

What if the email never arrives?
