A conversation is one multi-turn human-AI thread, regardless of length. Every plan meters on conversations scored per month, so the price tracks the work the engine actually does. We notify you at 80% of your cap and never silently bill overages.

Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrade at end of cycle.
What if I exceed my conversation limit?
We notify you at 80% and again at the cap. Past the cap, new conversations queue and analyze in your next cycle unless you upgrade. We never silently bill overages. No surprise lockout, no surprise invoice.

What's your data policy?
Your conversations are yours. We never train on them or share them. Cross-customer benchmarks use anonymized aggregates only, and only from organizations that explicitly opt in under a DPA with a k-anonymity floor. No opt-in, no aggregation, ever.
